The “dropping things down the shirt” and “swinging necklace” things aren’t just busty girl problems. And I hate cute dresses like the one in the last panel that are really only for girls who have no boobs at all, because I’m sure they’d actually look really good on me but I wouldn’t feel comfortable not wearing a bra, so…
